Ingredients:
- 1 small tin sardines
- Yolks of 2 hard-boiled eggs
- Pepper, salt, mustard, vinegar or lime juice-- to taste
- 2 dessertspoons melted butter
Method:
Remove skin and bones from sardines and
mash to a paste, add egg yolks, salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar and melted
butter. Mash together till smooth.
Spread mixture between thin slices of
buttered bread.
