Ingredients:
- ½ lb butter
- ½ lb sugar
- 4 eggs, separated
- 10 oz flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup milk
Method:
Cream butter, add sugar gradually. Add well
beaten egg yolks. Add vanilla extract.
Add sifted flour, baking powder and salt
alternatively with milk. Add well beaten egg white.
Bake in moderate oven at 375 degrees
Farenheit for 25 minutes.
