Ingredients:
- Minced cold chicken leftover from a roast or stew (1 cupful)
- 3-4 dessertspoons salad cream
- Melted butter or rich chicken stock or gravy to moisten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Mix together all ingredients and use for
sandwiches.
(2 dessertspoons minced ham added to
ingredients above makes another good filling).
