Cheese Puffs


Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup flour (sift with baking powder)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup milk
Pinch of salt & pepper
Boiling fat for frying

Method:
Beat egg and add milk.  Add flour that has been sifted with baking powder. Add salt & pepper. Beat well, add cheese.

When thoroughly mixed, drop by spoonfuls into hot fat. Fry till golden brown.

Drain on brown paper and serve.
